"I am happy to provide you with the information you requested on the enclosed survey form, but I don't think that the information it provides gives an accurate picture of your business or your level of service.

As you know. I have been renovating a house in Raleigh since summer 1997. The process has been long and torturous, with may more downs than ups. I have dealt with a whole rogues' gallery of subcontractors, many of whom seem to be more in the business of breaking my heart than of providing reasonable service and craftsmanship. Triangle Design Kitchens was a delightful exception in a string of disappointments.

You had the imagination to see how your stock could work in my very odd spaces. You showed up on time. You stayed on the job after you came. You dealt with my nitpicking concerns promptly and cheerfully. Months after the installation, when the granite counters settled less than attractively, you responded to my complaint immediately and satisfactorily.

I don't know what else a customer could ask. Early in my dealings with Triangle Design Kitchens, I remember telling you that every house ought to have at least three "Wow's." My renovated house has half a dozen little "wow's," but the only big "WOW" is my Triangle Design Kitchen.
