Bill Camp, CKD
has been an
award winning kitchen and bath designer since 1980, and has owned Triangle Design Kitchens,
Inc. since 1989. Bill has attended many industry seminars, schools and training sessions
put on by the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), suppliers and at industry
conferences. As a requirement for his maintaining his status as a Certified Kitchen
Designer (CKD), the NKBA requires continuing education
to stay current with todays design trends, building code changes and product
advancements.
Bill
Camp is also very active in the industry as a former officer of the Carolinas Chapter of the
NKBA. He has held several positions including president and
National Chapter Representative for the Carolinas Chapter. On a national level, he
sat on
the national Board of Directors of the NKBA from 1998-2000 and served as
the chair of the National Legislative Committee during 2002. He has received the NKBA Society's Merit
Award four different times in recognition of his commitment to the NKBA and his dedication to
maintain the highest level of professionalism through constant participation in
educational programs, industry seminars and industry and local trade shows. Bill has
served as a NKBA design competition judge, a roundtable facilitator and seminar moderator
at the National Kitchen and Bath Conference, and has presented kitchen design seminars at
the Southern Ideal Home Show. He has also served on the advisory board for both the spring
and fall Southern Ideal Home Shows.
Bill brings an
attention to detail in both the design of your kitchen or bathroom and
the project management, ensuring your complete satisfaction with your
finished dream kitchen or bathroom. Over twenty five years experience in the residential
construction industry, including hands on experience as a craftsman himself, as a former
licensed building contractor and as a designer insures that Bill can turn his creative
designs into reality.
Bills design
philosophy is that a truly great design reflects the personal taste, and personality of
his clients. A properly designed space should function efficiently in the manner desired by the
client while providing a classic look that will remain in style for years to come. A new
kitchen or bath doesnt require the most expensive products on the market, but should
use the best possible products a clients budget will allow. It is the
designers responsibility to seek out and specify these products which offer the best
possible value to his client. |
